Returns and refunds policy
Thank you for purchasing our jewelry. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, we offer returns.
Return policy
We kindly accept returns within 7 business days of receiving your jewelry.
Jewelry must be in perfect, salable condition, and must show no signs of wear.
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and we will supply you with a return label. Please note there will be a $10 restocking fee deducted from your refund and you have to assume.
Returns must arrive at our facility within 7 business days of your receipt of the return label in order to assume refund minus restocking fee.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate any exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange for a different item, color, or size, please request a refund and place a new order for your desired item(s).
PLEASE NOTE buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Damaged goods
We inspect each piece of jewelry thoroughly before dispatch. However, if for some reason your item arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible within your 7-day return window. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Damaged goods will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Folie for me has the right to refuse your return if it does not meet the above requirements.
Refunds
Once the returned item is back in our possession the customer will receive a refund for the product(s) returned. Shipping costs are non refundable
Please note it may take 3-10 business days for the funds to reflect on your banking statement.
